  qtractor crashed with SIGSEGV in g_rec_mutex_get_impl()

Bug description:
  On a fresh Ubuntu Studio 17.10 64-bit, Qtractor 0.8.3 is crashing each
  time when trying to select-add, for example, a DSSI plugin installed
  by default. Usage only MIDI with ALSA. It was more or less the same
  bad story with 0.7.1 under US 16.04.x. So, it's still unusable!
