Bug description:
  [ Inpact ]
  * Python extensions don't start (unless python-is-python2
    is installed)

  [ Test Case ]
  * open inkscape
  * try to run Extensions → Text → Lorem ipsum → Apply (just as an example)

  without this update or pyhon-is-python2 nothing happens (a quick error
  windows appear and disappears, on the console it says

    Can't Spawn!!! spawn returns: Failed to execute child process “”
    (No such file or directory)

  [ Regression Potential ]
  * Running python extensions can't really get any worse.
