[Bug 1878453] Re: Optimized svg can not be saved.

There are a couple of problems here, for 20.04 LTS.

1) inkscape package declares a Recommends: for python-scour which does
not exist in 20.04 - only python3-scour.

2) /usr/share/inkscape/extensions/scour.inkscape.py depends on python2:
#! /usr/bin/python2

** Summary changed:

- Optimized svg can not be saved.
+ 20.04: Optimized SVG save fails due to no python-scour package

Title:
  20.04: Optimized SVG save fails due to no python-scour package

Status in inkscape package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Saving an SVG to optimized SVG fails. No other feedback available than a prompt message stating:
  "File /home/set/setto-logo-dark.svg could not be saved."

  Installed scour because i remember that solved it from a previous
  similar issue, but it didn't resolve this time.

  Starting Inkscape from the terminal didn't give me more information.
