  RecordMyDesktop + Jack causes a myriad of crashes with unrelated
  descriptions like invalid window specification.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: recordmydesktop

  RecordMyDesktop on maverick reports errors if you tell it to use Jack
  for audio input.

  Errors included: Invalid Window Specification

  I applied the following patch and it worked again.
