[Bug 1901345] Re: Scribus 1.5.6 unstable (?) freezes immediately at startup

 

this has been reportedly long fixed in 21.04, and 20.10 went EOL in the
meantime (and nowadays 21.04 too).  so I'm closing this bug.

Bug description:
  Software and Synaptic say it's version 1.5.5., but when one installs,
  it appears to be 1.5.6 unstable. The shell briefly crashes and the
  window freezes. Can only be terminated by killing the process.
