Title:
  [FFe] Return audacity to Ubuntu Studio 22.10

Status in ubuntustudio-meta package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Currently, Ubuntu Studio is seeding a snapped version of Audacity for
  22.10. We'd rather not do that as this was a fall-back in case
  Audacity had to be removed from the repositories, which it was for a
  time. Audacity has returned to the repositories with 3.2.0. We would
  like to seed that once again. Thanks.
