[Bug 2002754] [NEW] ogg lost if you edit metadata during full disk

Public bug reported:

1) fill hard disk up so that the disk is full
( 2) play ogg vorbis file? )
3) bring up the ogg vorbis' metadata information on that file (for example with Alt-i on playlist window)
4) edit fields
5) hit save

what should happen : warning message, error message saying something
went wrong

what does happen : the file size is set to 0 (ie file is
deleted/replaced with a file of 0 size), file is skipped, with error
message
