This was my fault, I intentionally made the new slideshow in Lunar stop
at the end thinking that it would look better for the last screen to be
where it stopped. This worked great on my (fast) hardware, but I failed
to take into account just how much slower some hardware could be.

The fix is published (I published it before there was a bug report) so
the next ISO should hopefully have a normal, looping slideshow again.

Bug description:
  The new Lubuntu lunar calamares slide show looks good, however

  - on hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 8gb amd/ati rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)

  the slideshow is complete at 7% of actual install with message it's
  near complete

  - on sony vaio ultrabook svp11216cgb (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-
  ULT)

  the slideshow is complete at 8% of actual install with message its
  near completed

  according to progress bar on the screen.  The 'almost completed'
  message is thus premature.

  The prior slideshow repeated/looped.  This is a minor (cosmetic)
  issue; but % show on progress bar does not match the message on the
  final slideshow screen.
