[Bug 2043261] [NEW] kdenlive fails to show effects or compositions unless qml-module-org-kde-kcm is installed

Public bug reported:

kdenlive normally shows lists of effects plugins or composition tools in
a pane/tab at various places in the UI. After installing kdenlive
directly from apt, these panes show blank space (white in my case,
despite the dark theme). This appears to be a UI rendering problem,
which I suspect for the following reasons:

1. The effects are available from the menu: Timeline→Add Effect→[choose effect category]→[choose effect]
2. After I installed qml-module-org-kde-kcm via apt, the problem went away and the interface now shows the effects tree as shown in the documentation for kdenlive.

This appears to be a missing dependency only, and for a rather prominent
video editor in Ubuntu.
