Public bug reported:

When playing a .MP3 with Audacious, then either posing or ending the
file, if/when there was a youtube video already opened and playing in
the background and you try to resume it, there is no audio.

The solution is to close audacious for the sound to resume in firefox.

But now the volume controller on my keyboard also stopped working.

Rebooting will fix all of this.

I have had this problem before Mantic.

I have opened this as audacious but perhaps it's related to pulse-audio?
