We generally need to include more translations, and update the UI to
choose the current locale. Low hanging fruit.

  lubuntu calamares/lubuntu-installer-prompt - changing to english(AU)
  has app restart & ask language again as if still on english(US)

Bug description:
  Lubuntu QA-test install on
  - hp dc7700 (c2d-e6230, 7gb amd/ati rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)

  As reported in #lubuntu-devel, I changed the language in the lubuntu-
  installer-prompt from english(US) to english(AU), which caused both
  windows to darken as the app/session? restarted and it re-appeared.

  I again was given the option to choose a language; with it default to
  ENGLISH(US) AGAIN, despite my changing it to ENGLISH(AU) !

  Simon said the language has changed (I can't tell given both are
  english in this example), BUT the app restarting has me return again
  with the default option asking if I want to change (away from)
  english(US) as if nothing was done.
