We don't have plans to add a dedicated LVM option, but you can always do
it with manual partitioning.

This may change in the future.

Bug description:
  Lubuntu 18.04 installer provided the possibility to create a LVM filesystem.
  In Lubuntu 20.04 installer this option is missing.
