Title:
(L)ubuntu breaks functionality by tmpfs for /tmp
Status in Calamares:
Fix Released
Status in calamares package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
I was just debugging why several programs stopped working correctly.
Reason: Lubuntu 20.04 mounts a tmpfs on /tmp and thus limits tmp-space
to only a few GB, which are easily consumed completely e.g. by video
production or creating installation images.
This should really be a selectable option on installation process, since it really can break functioning and stability of the whole system.
