Public bug reported:

Installing Lubuntu Noble alpha to a new 20 GB ext4 partition, with boot
flag, not installing boot loader. Chose minimal installation with 3rd
party extras and Element.

Installation proceeds as normal, except at the end it failed with an
error message. I copied the error message, but unfortunately it did not
appear to copy correctly and I don't remember what it said; something
about snap and Element.

I hope that ubuntu-bug was able to find and attach the error message.

Let me know if you would like me to try and reproduce this bug or try
something else.
