  calamares install failure; rsync error?  d755-5 sda5 & sda6 (again)

Status in calamares package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Lubuntu jammy install (using existing partition)

  install to
  - dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e6850, 5gb, amd/ati radeon rv516/x1300/x1550)
  re-use of sda6 (/) & sda7 (/home) WITHOUT FORMAT

  -- NOTE:

  the last install to this box (kinetic/22.10 to these partitions)
  failed and I've not yet resolved that, thus this failure may NOT be
  related to [new] calamares issue at all; I'll re-do this test using
  sda8 & sda9 to confirm that and expect that to work.   This maybe red-
  herring, but may also give me more clues to finding what is wrong
  (with with kinetic failure to install)

  this failure does NOT concern me re: SRU's calamares...

  I'll only worry if the install fails on a working system I've yet to
  test.

  Rsync error message surprised, but prior fails appear related to
  package issues

  install was fine on other boxes (and worked perfectly same partitions
  on kinetic 12-October-2022 using 20221011 ISO)
