Bug description:
  Kubuntu has new branding for Noble. It was achieved by a design contest which just ended....

  With that said we now need to apply this to our defaults.... this
  affects kubuntu-wallpapers and kubuntu-settings and hopefully soon
  calamares-settings-kubuntu.
