Assigning to kdenlive. Please note I am using the PPA but I'm not sure
where to assign this so that it gets seen.

  No icon in Applications menu on MATE

Status in kdenlive package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  There is no icon in my Applications menu on Ubuntu MATE. Going to
  preferences it doesn't show up either.

  The .desktop file seems correct so I don't know what is causing this.

  Package: kdenlive
  Version: 4:23.08.4-1~ubuntu22.04.1

  Tried assigning this to the PPA but I don't know if it has worked or not.
