Bug description:
  https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/transitions/html/auto-
  imagemagick.html

Please remove the affected packages from plucky release to finish the
imagemagick 7 transition. These packages have already been removed
from Debian Testing except for imageinfo which is an Ubuntu-specific
  package.

I think removing all these packages from both plucky-proposed and
plucky release would be appropriate since source changes will be
necessary for these packages to build.

Two exceptions are synfigstudio and openshot-qt. synfig and
libopenshot need to be updated for imagemagick 7 but I don't know if
their reverse dependencies need code changes.

Ubuntu Studio does include synfigstudio (as a Recommends) so I am
notifying Erich about this pending removal.

imagemagick 7 migrated from Debian Unstable to Testing and I noticed
that the Debian Release Team wanted the imagemagick transition to
complete before beginning the php 8.4 transition (I'm guessing Ubuntu
25.04 might use php 8.4 also).

  Rest of the transition
  ======================
The transition may need to be hinted in after this.

asciiart's autopkgtest is failing as triggered by ruby-rmagick. I
reported this to Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/1088905 . asciiart
has no reverse dependencies so its autopkgtest failure could either be
ignored or the package removed from Ubuntu (since I believe it would
also need a source upload to fix that issue)

Note that pythonmagick doesn't exist in plucky release (only proposed)
so the boost1.83 transition is not entangled.
