[Bug 938751] Re: Images are washed out or colors are skewed in some apps (particularly Image Viewer and Chrome)

 

Has anyone seen this in 24.04 or later? It looks like the last report
was 22.04.

Bug description:
  Images are washed out or colors are skewed in some apps, notably
  Chrome/Chromium and Image Viewer (eog).

  Workaround:

  1. Settings > Colour > turn off the toggle switch for your monitor.

  2. Restart any affected apps.
