[Bug 2105436] [NEW] Kubuntu 25.04 beta installer will not install correct initram image

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu 25.04 beta installer with completely default installation (erase
disk, ext4) will install two kernels:

`/boot/vmlinuz-6.14.0-11-generic` and `/boot/vmlinuz-6.14.0-13-generic`

However only one initram images is installed alongside:

`/boot/initrd.img-6.14.0-11-generic`

But since grub is configured to boot `6.14.0-13` by default, which has
no initram image, the kernel will immediately panic upon boot:

`VFS: Unable to mount root fs on "/dev/nvme0n1p2" or unknown-block(0,0)`

** Affects: calamares (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "Error message of kernel panic upon boot"
