[HG UFL] Added tests for exception throwing when forms are not well constructed.

Implemented free_indices handling for Product.

Added rank checks to Indexed, making it impossible to index a rank r tensor expression with n!=r indices,
and to Integral, making it impossible to integrate non-scalar expressions.
