[HG UFL] Removed Abs and abs from mathfunctions: Abs is already in algebra.py,

Removed Abs and abs from mathfunctions: Abs is already in algebra.py,
implemented to handle tensors as well, and abs is a built-in python
function which calls __abs__, see baseoperators.py.
