[HG UFL] Changed algorithms to use MultiIndex iterator instead of accessing _indices directly.

Implemented __iter__ in UFLObject to raise NotImplementedError,
avoiding automatic iterator construction from __len__ and __getitem__.

Implemented __iter__ in MultiIndex to iterate over the indices it contains (for library use only).
