Bugfixes.

Allowing indexed expressions as variables again (must allow this for easy insertions of new variables many places).

A sort of Latex rendering of ComponentTensor, not entirely satisfied though.

Merged repeated_index_dimensions() and free_index_dimensions() into just index_dimensions().

Indexing problem in differentiation seems reduced to needing free indices in Zero.
