[HG UFL] Some cleanup in algorithms.

Some cleanup in algorithms.

Written a new version of transformation algorithm framework
which is cleaner, more flexible and feels more robust.
Implemented many of the transformation algorithms in this
framework, but haven't replaced them in the ufl module yet.
