[HG UFL] Returning zero from jump(v) if v has no cell, i.e. it is constant.

Minor fix.

The tests that fail now are related to the indexing/AD issue
I had problems with before introducing IndexSum.
The next steps now are to do some testing to make
sure I haven't broken anything (evt. add more unit tests
in the process), and then go back to this AD issue.
