Made ConstantBase base class for Constant,
VectorConstant and TensorConstant, for easier
checking of spatially constant types some places.
(Even better would be to include DG0 functions in the check).

updated test.py to run all tests in one unittest.main(),
giving a single success counter and speeding it up a bit.
