Hello,

Function 'v' can be “restricted” to the plus or minus sides of the facet
using v(‘+’) and v(‘-’) syntax inside UFL. 

I have some functions which must be evaluated on arbitrary surfaces. I
am wondering how UFL can be extended to support restriction of Functions
to the positive or negative side of surfaces.
