[Bug 778065] Re: Plymouth splash
lp:plymouth-theme-ugr is owned by Team UGR, so you should be able to
commit to it. The first commit will have to use the --use-existing
flag. I suggest you take a look at the things below. We can mod the
original Ubuntu package, and then add it as a dependency in ugr-
desktop-g3

Bug description:
Currently, we have no Plymouth splash. Because of this I will assume
that either nobody else is familiar with coding for Plymouth or they
are too busy to generate one. I have some experience with Plymouth, so
I can create one. Unfortunately, I have no idea how/where to get this
included in UGR. If JC could open the plymouth code branch to me, that
would be awesome.
