You could try Scribus and KWord. I like the catch phrase. Also the
rocket looks a tad weird. Could you do it like the Space Shuttle or
Russia's Buran?

  Hey, everyone. As the release of Andromeda comes nearer and nearer, we
  would like some advertising materials made. Could someone make
  promotional posters or something. Posters should fit on a US regular
  8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.
