[Bug 778065] Re: Plymouth splash
The splashes are now in dev channel and working.
plymouth-theme-ugr-logo is just a simple background - not even a loading indicator
plymouth-theme-ugr-super is a really cool theme
Note that plymouth-theme-ugr-super will be the default if both are
installed. These themes will automatically override any other themes on
the system.
Now we just need to test a bit more and get these in ugr-meta as
dependencies.

Bug description:
Currently, we have no Plymouth splash. Because of this I will assume
that either nobody else is familiar with coding for Plymouth or they
are too busy to generate one. I have some experience with Plymouth, so
I can create one. Unfortunately, I have no idea how/where to get this
included in UGR. If JC could open the plymouth code branch to me, that
would be awesome.
