  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Because this is a native package, there should NOT be a -0ubuntu1 suffix on version numbers in the changelog.  See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PackagingGuide/Complete#Changing%20the%20Original%20Tarball
  This will solve the one remaining packtools source: native-package-with-dash-version lintian error
