I've done something !
To install it :
copy the pantheon folder into /lib/plymouth/themes/
sudo update-alternatives --install /lib/plymouth/themes/default.plymouth default.plymouth /lib/plymouth/themes/pantheon/pantheon.plymouth 100
sudo update-initramfs -u
