The ubuntu-mobile battery icons don't suffer from the problems that mpt
had with the desktop icons (https://bugs.launchpad.net/indicator-
power/+bug/824629/comments/7). Maybe we should recycle them for desktop
and undo the 824629 code changes.

  Phone has 83% battery yet battery icon is the red one (showing very
  few battery)

Status in The Power Indicator:
  New

Bug description:
  * Nexus 4
  * The battery icon is red showing small charge
  * Expanding the battery indicator says i've 83% battery (got to 85% now)
