[Bug 1215397] Re: [FFe] Freeze exception for converged scope packages

Yes. I moved those packages to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/unity-scope-home/+bug/1215397.

** Description changed:

Scopes for 13.10 desktop are feature complete as of now, but work for
touch images (Unity8 dash/scopes) is still ongoing. In particular the
designs around the (phone) home, music and video scope are still
evolving. Since we have the scope infrastructure and scopes itself fully
converged it means that any code changes done for phone will also affect
the desktop code base. However, we strongly assume that those changes
only affecting code path executed on phone but not on desktop. So, this
FFe is more about landing phone driven code in converged code base
rather than adding new features to 13.10 desktop scopes.

The package affected is unity-scope-home which contains, among others,
the implementation of home, music and video scope. However, some
changes (depending on upcoming designs) might also affect unity and
libunity as those packages contain e.g. the filtering code which is
slightly different on desktop and phone. Again, we do not intent to
  change any desktop code there.
-
- In addition, there are two more packages that need an FFe, mediascanner
- and unity-scope-mediascanner. Those two packages are only relevant for
- Ubuntu Touch.

Title:
[FFe] Freeze exception for converged scope packages
