  pkgdatadir hardcoded to indicator-network-settings

Status in Network Menu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The new settings window (in src/settings) has hardcoded pkgdatadir in
  /usr/share/indicator-network/indicator-network-settings. Instead it
  should the one provided by autotools.
