I can confirm this as well on my side. Jono texted me from his phone
from a # in my address book, messaging menu worked. He texted me from a
number that was not in my address book, messaging menu did not work.

  SMSs not appearing in msg menu

Bug description:
  In update 60 I am not seeing texts appearing in the messaging menu. I
  tested with texts from Skype and Rick Spencer. Neither number was in
  my address book, so I wonder if that was the cause.
