  Messaging menu does not go blue when getting text/call

Status in The Messaging Menu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In update 60 if I get a message or missed call, the messaging menu
  does not turn a different color (usually blue). I see the content
  inside the indicator, but the icon doesn't change.
