[Bug 1227263] Re: Indicators don't hide after pressing "Settings" menuitem in unity8
By definition all things passed the URL dispatcher launch apps. Without
exception. So there is no need to add any other context to the URL.
Upstart App Launch passes the focus and/or start event to Unity, when
receiving that event it should close the indicator menu.

Bug description:
The power indicator should hide itself when I click on the "Battery
Settings..." button. Currently it opens the settings application, but
doesn't hide itself, so it looks like nothing has happened.
