[Bug 1227314] Re: "charge level" label is clickable
It seems the "enabled" property of the progressMenu component (set
according to sensitivity state) was missing. After added it, the charge
level label is no longer clickable.

Bug description:
Inside the battery indicator, the "Charge level" label is clickable -
i.e.- is changes color in response to touch events, but doesn't seem
to do anything. It seems like this is a non-interactive component, and
should not respond to touch events at all.
