  Focus to the battery tab when opening gnome-power-statistics

Bug description:
  When checking battery statistics it was annoying me that it opened
  showing AC power tab every time instead of the battery.

  I have created a bzr branch that will focus the correct tab upon
  opening gnome-power-statistics when clicking the indicator battery.
