  -symbolic icons in indicator-power are gray

Bug description:
  Not sure if this is a wingpanel issue or an indicator-power issue, but
  the -symbolic battery icons in the panel aren't picking up the text
  color.

  The icon color is working correctly in the menu, so I know it's not an
  issue with the icon.
