Right, we need to give phone_greeter its own menu instead of pointing it
at desktop_greeter.

  In phone_greeter mode, a "[calendar]" checkbox appears

Bug description:
  Playing with the indicator + my split greeter branches show that
  indicator-datetime has a weird "[calendar]" checkbox that doesn't
  appear to do anything when clicked.
