unity8 needs to have some specific code as PIN dialog and greeter lock
screen are special.  Unity8 does not need to know about the specific
dialogs, but it has to offer a way for doing hard modal dialogs.

Bug description:
  We are showing the "Please enter SIM PIN" text ourselves but according
  to Saviq it should come from the indicator and not be in our code.
