Title:
[indicators] [network] Don't show Hidden Networks in Menu
Status in Network Menu:
Fix Released
Status in “indicator-network” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
The current network menu doesn't seem to filter hidden network ( ie.
networks that don't broadcast their SSID ).
With this morning's build, the second network listed in my phone's
menu is blank. This either represents a hidden network, or there's
some other bug happening.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Confirm that a hidden Wi-Fi AP is present.
2. Open the Network menu
Expected Results:
No blank networks are listed in the menu of access points.
Actual Results:
A blank menu item is present in the list.
Build Details:
Manhattan/Maguro Build #140
chewie: 0.2.6~quantal1
indicators-client-plugin-network: 0.17~quantal1
