  if notification-service crashes, the pending snap decisions don't get
  closed() signal

Status in Network Menu:
  Invalid
Status in Server and client library for desktop notifications in Unity:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If the "Unlock SIM" action fails on the notification/snap-decision
  side, the entry is deactivated until the indicator service is
  restarted.

  It should reset as soon as the notification system rejects / closes
  the snap decision.
