When this is actively happening I need the output of "nmcli nm", "nmcli
d" and a screenshot (use phablet-screenshot) showing the i-network menu.

Pulled as separate task from bug #1350739, per comment #6:
* When WiFi is deactivated, it takes more than a minute to get the
WiFi indicator removed from the display. "ifconfig" shows that the
interface has disappeared a lot before.
