  alarms don't update their times when the timezone changes

Status in The Date and Time Indicator:

Bug description:
  reported by Renato in irc.

  Subject more-or-less says it all. When the timezone changes,
  indicator-datetime needs to update its appointments/alarms so that
  'floating' alarms (eg, a wakeup alarm for 6am regardless of what
  timezone you're in) adjust and update their hw wakeup time.
