[Bug 1366012] Re: In a Dual SIM phone, When WiFi is deactivated, it takes more than a minute to get the WiFi indicator removed from the display
Due to a private bug on krillin which involves a broken Wi-Fi driver
rfkill implementation, toggling of Wi-Fi will not work properly until
the new version of urfkill lands with the corresponding device tarball
bits to enable urfkill's hybrid support.
Alfonso's original bug report was filed before we knew any of this.
Re-testing with the pending urfkill and changes necessary to enable
hybris Wi-Fi control will show that the indicator works as expected.
Please see bug #1371313 for details on how to test the pending urfkill.

Bug description:
Pulled as separate task from bug #1350739, per comment #6:
* When WiFi is deactivated, it takes more than a minute to get the
WiFi indicator removed from the display. "ifconfig" shows that the
interface has disappeared a lot before.
