I see the same thing on krillin, RTM #44.  Enabling or Disabling
FlightMode causes it, dismissing the menu and re-opening corrects the
header.

  To reproduce:
  Swipe down the network indicator.
  Check the flight mode switch.
  (Notice how the header moves, see the attachment)

  I tested this on krillin, image 14.09#1.
